These terms apply to your use of the 1vs.co website, operated by One Virtual Services ("1VS.CO", "we", "us"). Services you order from us are additionally governed by the written quote, order confirmation or service agreement for that service. If those documents and these terms conflict, the service-specific document wins.
Information on this website
We keep plan descriptions and prices accurate and up to date, but they are provided for information and may change. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. A price becomes binding only when it is confirmed in a quote or order confirmation. Configurations marked "Request a quote" are reference sizes, not offers.
Orders and quotes
Sending a request through this website does not create a contract. A contract is formed when we confirm your order in writing, or when we start providing the service at your request.
Acceptable use
You may not use our website or services to break the law, to send spam, to distribute malware, to attack other systems, to infringe the rights of others or to host content that is illegal where it is served. We may suspend services that put our network, our customers or third parties at risk, and we will tell you why.
Third-party products
Some products we sell, such as SSL certificates, VPN subscriptions, website security and backup services and software licences, are provided by their respective vendors. Their own terms apply to those products in addition to ours.

1VS.CO, the 1VS logo and "One Versus Everyone" are our trademarks. Names and logos of partners and vendors shown on this website belong to their owners and are used to identify their products.
Liability
This website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
